The company's beginnings can be traced back to 1985, when Charles Woodward-Fisher founded Fisher Lighting to provide specialist lighting services to the events industry. Client demand resulted in us expanding into a variety of related functions. Over the course of time Fisher Lighting evolved into Fisher Productions.

Today Fisher's mandate is to provide a comprehensive and complete range of services to clients. By taking a multi-discipline approach and by adopting and developing cutting edge technologies, we are determined to fulfil client expectations in the most innovative and exciting ways available. From project conception through to design and management, our dedicated teams will find solutions that are unique and dynamic, and which fully reflect the nature of the client and the character of the event. We set the most exacting standards for all the work we take on and are committed to always providing the best results.

The company's expansion has been geographic as well as functional. In 1993 Fisher Scotland opened its doors in Edinburgh to service clients in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh and the North of England. Recent years have also seen a growth in the number of international clients using our services and we have staged events beyond the UK including Spain, Amsterdam, Rome and Milan.
