| London hosts the first ever Global Salon Business Forum & Awards |

In May this year, the most successful salon owners from around the world gathered in London to celebrate the 2004 Global Salon Business Forum & Awards.

|
The objective of the glamorous affair was “To honour and recognize the owners of hairdressing salons throughout the world, as the highly successful business entrepreneurs they are”.
Fisher Productions provided bespoke concept design, theme development and production for the 4-day event. Various informative and entertaining seminars took place in The British Museum and The London Hilton highlighting business and creative issues the delegates face in their competitive marketplaces. The Design Museum and Houses of Parliament hosted spectacular evening receptions. Fisher's innovation, attention to detail and venue expertise ensured that all production elements ran smoothly leaving the guests to simply enjoy the event.
Our design and technical teams worked in close partnership with our client to produce an event that communicated the intended entrepreneurial message. The concept and design tied closely with the clients existing graphics and brochure style, resulting in a stylish, structural and contemporary theme. Materials such as polished black PVC, clear and smoked perspex all complimented by intelligent lighting helped to set the dynamic tone. We built a series of structures, with a reflective quality, which gave the observer alternative and unique views of their immediate environment.
The inspiring 4 days of events culminated with the grand Awards Banquet. The evening’s production tied together an amalgamation of all the design elements seen throughout the previous days. The large black PVC back wall, suspended at an angle, reflected the varying colour combinations of the block LED stage, further developing the reflective theme.
In total 81 Awards were presented, covering areas of expertise including Marketing & Promotion, Financial Productivity and Entrepreneurial Spirit. Hollywood Entertainment Presenter Leeza Gibbons provided that extra sparkle, making this a truly memorable event.
