TAG Heuer approached Fisher Productions in November 2006 to take charge of the production of this prestigious event. The venue, Royal College of Art, had already been secured and our brief was to produce a party and exhibition in the same space, for one evening.
The exhibition took place in the Henry Moore Gallery, a student venue, where the general environment was not in keeping with the feel TAG Heuer wanted from this space. Fisher proposed to erect a scaffold structure around the perimeter of the room. White voile drapes hung in fullness and supported the 33 photographic prints. In order to control the lighting Fisher removed the in-house lighting fittings and lit each picture individually as well as providing LED atmospheric lighting from behind the white voile. Dressing the party also came under our remit. White furniture created a soft seating area, fibre optic chandeliers hung from the venue’s skylights and a white central bar became the focus for the party. Show casing the TAG Heuer logo was imperative; Fisher boxed existing pillars with Foamex panels, built a free standing 20ft structure in white leatherette and the walls were clad with white flats to apply the TAG Heuer branding on.
TAG Heuer’s high profile guest list included names such as Joley Richardson, Stella McCartney, Sophie Dahl, Delta Goodrem, Roland Mouret, Matthew MacFayden, Jordi Molla and Jodie Kid.
Becky Brown, Project Manager, Fisher Productions says; "We have worked with TAG Heuer on numerous projects, however this particular event, with its venue constraints and logistical challenges, was an exciting event to produce. It was a magical evening."
James Massey, Marketing Manager, TAG Heuer says; "Fisher Productions delivered and exceeded our expectations...AGAIN!
They produced a sleek, stunning event, perfectly in keeping with our vision for this high profile exhibition and party!"
